Step-by-Step Instructions
Use YouTube's built-in sort (temporary)
Open the playlist on YouTube. Click the sort icon (a downward arrow) above the video list or use the three-dot menu on the playlist header. Choose 'Date added (newest)', 'Date added (oldest)', 'Date published', 'Popularity', or 'A-Z'. Note: this sort resets when you refresh.
Save a sort order manually
If you want a playlist permanently sorted a certain way, you need to manually reorder videos in YouTube Studio. Open the playlist in Studio and drag videos into your desired order. This is very time-consuming for large playlists.
Filter by date range in Wipelist
Connect your YouTube account to Wipelist. In the playlist detail view, use the filter panel to narrow videos by date published — for example, show only videos published between January and June 2024. This is not possible natively in YouTube.
Export your filtered view
